About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on position combining client relationships, creativity and technology.

Building strong client relationships is at the heart of this role. You'll be speaking with customers regularly, helping them get the most from our software, answering questions and ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service.

You'll also have the opportunity to get creative, developing beautifully branded careers pages using clients' existing imagery, logos and brand guidelines.

One day you could be chatting with clients about their recruitment needs or demonstrating our software; the next, you'll be selecting imagery for a careers page or helping optimise recruitment adverts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Client Communication & Relationships: Proactively calling clients, building rapport, understanding their needs and becoming a trusted point of contact. You'll be confident picking up the phone and genuinely enjoy helping people.
• Client Onboarding & Training: Welcoming new customers, setting up accounts and delivering engaging online software demonstrations and training sessions.
• Creative Branding & Careers Pages: Creating visually appealing, fully branded careers pages using clients' existing imagery, logos, colours and brand guidelines.
• Creative Content: Supporting clients with writing, proofreading and publishing engaging job adverts.
• Proactive Client Support: Maintaining regular contact, resolving queries and identifying opportunities to help clients get even more value from our services.
• Administration: Maintaining accurate CRM records, supporting reporting and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

About You

We're looking for someone with a great personality, a creative eye and, most importantly, the confidence and enthusiasm to service clients daily.

You don't need years of experience. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to deliver great customer service.

Ideally, you'll have:

• A Natural Communication style: You enjoy speaking with people, feel comfortable picking up the phone and can build positive relationships with clients from all backgrounds.
• Confidence & Personality: You're friendly, approachable and professional, with the confidence to lead conversations and explain new technology clearly.
• Creative Flair: You have a natural eye for imagery, colour and composition and understand what makes a website visually appealing.
• Exceptional Attention to Detail: You take pride in producing accurate, polished work, whether creating careers pages or proofreading content.
• A Proactive Attitude: You're organised, enthusiastic and happy to take ownership rather than waiting to be asked.
• Tech Confidence: You're comfortable learning new software and enjoy discovering how technology can make things easier.
• Strong Written English: You can produce clear, engaging and professional content.

Experience with website content management systems, HubSpot or similar platforms would be advantageous but isn't essential.

This opportunity would particularly suit a graduate in marketing, media, business or a creative discipline. However, we're equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate the right skills and attitude without formal qualifications.
